National Recruitment Campaign

The Problem: Every National School Chaplaincy Association member organisation had schools interested in chaplaincy, but far fewer applicants that necessary to fill the positions.

This project was a collaboration between 8 School Chaplaincy service providers around Australia. The campaign was intended to fill some vacancies in schools as quickly as possible.

Using search and social advertising, we drove traffic to a Marketing Cloud landing page which created leads in Salesforce and allocated the leads to the correct organisation for further triage and follow up.

Key Contributions

  • Worked with stakeholders to plan the journeys and strategy for triaging leads.
  • Worked with the marketing team on copy and key messages.
  • Built the journey and landing pages in Marketing Cloud.
  • Configured Salesforce to notify each organisation of it’s new leads.
